The service

IntelliGuider is a technology platform designed to make education, study, revision and practice easier by helping users organize educational material into structured books, chapters, questions and answers, study activities, practice, tests, AI-assisted learning and progress experiences.

IntelliGuider is not a publisher, school, examination board or owner of third-party textbooks merely because the platform allows an authorized user to upload or process educational material.

Accounts and student access

• Adult users are responsible for maintaining the security of their email/password credentials.
• Student Login IDs and PINs must be kept secure and used only by the assigned learner.
• Parents, teachers, schools and administrators must only create or manage student profiles when authorized to do so.
• You are responsible for information and educational materials uploaded or submitted through your account.
• Accounts, subscriptions and student access must not be sold, transferred or shared with unauthorized persons.
• IntelliGuider may apply reasonable session, device and security controls to prevent unauthorized simultaneous account use or account sharing.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse IntelliGuider or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, malicious or infringing material.
• Do not interfere with platform security or availability.
• Do not use another person's account without authorization.
• Do not use IntelliGuider to violate copyright, trademark, intellectual-property, privacy or other third-party rights.
• Do not use the platform to reproduce, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit third-party educational material unless you have the legal right or permission to do so.

User-uploaded textbooks and educational content

IntelliGuider allows users to upload or submit textbooks, scanned pages, documents, images, notes and other educational material so that the platform can provide study-related functionality.

The person or organization uploading content represents and warrants that they own the content, have obtained the necessary licence or permission, or otherwise have the lawful right and authority to upload, store, process and use that content through IntelliGuider.

Users remain solely responsible for determining whether their upload and use of any textbook, scan, document, image or other material is permitted by applicable law and by the rights of the relevant author, publisher, school, board or other rights holder.

IntelliGuider does not grant users any ownership, copyright or other intellectual-property rights in third-party material and does not authorize unauthorized copying, distribution, publication or commercial exploitation of protected works.

Copyright complaints and removal

IntelliGuider respects intellectual-property rights. A rights holder or authorized representative who believes material stored or processed through the platform infringes their rights may contact IntelliGuider with sufficient information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, the basis of the claim and appropriate contact information.

IntelliGuider may investigate a complaint and may restrict access to, disable or remove disputed material, request additional information, or suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably appropriate or legally required.

Users agree to cooperate with reasonable copyright, intellectual-property and legal compliance inquiries relating to content uploaded through their account.

AI-assisted features

Artificial-intelligence features are provided to assist learning, revision and educational workflows. AI-generated or AI-assisted material may contain mistakes, omissions or unsuitable responses.

Important learning content should be checked against the original textbook, teacher-approved material, school material or another authoritative educational source.

AI responses do not replace qualified teachers, schools, examination boards or professional educational judgment.

Subscriptions, pricing and payments

Paid features may require a subscription or other payment. The applicable price, billing period, included features, limits, applicable taxes and renewal information will be presented as part of the applicable purchase or subscription process.

IntelliGuider and Intelligrow Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. may revise subscription prices, plan charges, features, usage limits and other fees from time to time.

Pricing may change because of factors including, without limitation, cloud and infrastructure costs, artificial-intelligence and third-party service costs, software development and maintenance costs, staffing and operational costs, taxes, regulatory requirements, payment-processing charges, currency or market conditions and other costs associated with operating, securing, maintaining and improving IntelliGuider.

The price and applicable purchase terms presented to and accepted by the user at the time of purchase or renewal will apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Access to paid features may be suspended or limited if a required payment fails, expires, is cancelled, reversed or becomes subject to a payment dispute.

Where recurring subscriptions are offered, users are responsible for reviewing the applicable billing, renewal and cancellation terms presented during the purchase process.

Refunds

Payments are governed by the IntelliGuider Refund Policy. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, paid subscription charges are non-refundable after successful activation of the purchased service.

Availability

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuously available or error-free service. Maintenance, software defects, third-party failures, internet issues, security events, AI-provider availability or other technical problems may temporarily affect the service.

Suspension and termination

Accounts may be restricted, suspended or terminated for misuse, unauthorized account sharing, security concerns, non-payment, infringement complaints, violation of these terms or applicable legal requirements.

Users may stop using IntelliGuider at any time, subject to applicable subscription, payment and retention terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntelliGuider and Intelligrow Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. provide the platform as an educational technology and study-support service and do not guarantee academic outcomes, examination results, admissions, certifications or the accuracy of every automated or AI-generated response.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intelligrow Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., IntelliGuider, and their respective directors, promoters, officers, employees, staff, representatives, affiliates, contractors and service providers shall not be liable for copyright infringement, intellectual-property disputes or other third-party claims arising from content uploaded, submitted, stored, processed or used by a user without the necessary rights, licences, permissions or lawful authority.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the above parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance solely upon the platform or automated educational content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, consumer right or other legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

User responsibility and indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users are responsible for claims, losses or expenses resulting from their unlawful uploads, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized account use or material violation of these terms.

Where legally enforceable, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Intelligrow Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., IntelliGuider and their directors, promoters, officers, employees, staff, representatives, affiliates and contractors from third-party claims arising directly from the user's unlawful or unauthorized content or material breach of these terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated as IntelliGuider evolves, including when new learning, AI, subscription, payment or security features are introduced. Material changes may be communicated through the platform or another appropriate notice.

Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
