IntelliGuider provides technology that helps users organize and use educational material for study. It does not replace a school, qualified teacher, publisher, examination board, official curriculum authority or professional educational advice.

Use of IntelliGuider does not guarantee any particular grade, examination result, admission, certification or academic outcome.

User-uploaded books and materials

Textbooks, scans, documents, images, notes, publisher material, school content and other third-party resources uploaded to IntelliGuider are provided by users and remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

The user who uploads or submits material is responsible for ensuring that they own it, have permission or a licence to use it, or otherwise have the lawful right to upload and process it through IntelliGuider.

The ability to upload, scan, structure, process or study material through IntelliGuider does not mean that IntelliGuider or Intelligrow Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. owns, publishes, endorses or grants rights to that material.

Copyright and third-party claims

Users must not upload or use material in a manner that infringes copyright, intellectual-property, privacy or other third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intelligrow Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., IntelliGuider, and their respective directors, promoters, officers, employees, staff, representatives, affiliates, contractors and service providers shall not be liable for copyright infringement or other third-party claims resulting from material uploaded, submitted or used by a user without the necessary rights, permission, licence or lawful authority.

IntelliGuider may restrict, disable or remove disputed material and may suspend access where reasonably appropriate or legally required.

AI-generated material

Artificial-intelligence features may produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable responses. AI output is intended as supportive educational material.

Important answers should be checked against the original textbook, teacher-approved material, school resources or another authoritative educational source.

Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intelligrow Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., IntelliGuider, and their directors, promoters, officers, employees, staff, representatives, affiliates, contractors and service providers are not responsible for academic decisions or outcomes based solely on automated or AI-generated material, unauthorized user uploads, or misuse of the platform.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Service availability

Features may change and temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software issues, internet connectivity, security events, third-party providers or network availability.

External services

Third-party payment, AI, infrastructure, authentication or other services may be used to operate IntelliGuider. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.
