About IntelliGuider

IntelliGuider helps users organize educational content into structured books, chapters, questions and answers, study activities, practice, tests, AI-assisted learning and progress experiences.

Information we collect

• Adult account information such as name, email address, phone number and authentication details.
• Student profile information such as name, date of birth where provided, grade or class, curriculum or school association and system-generated Student Login ID.
• Learning information such as subjects, chapters, study activity, practice attempts, tests, questions, responses and progress.
• Educational materials uploaded by authorized users, including textbooks, scans, documents, images and derived structured learning content.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser, device information, active-session information, security events and application usage.
• Billing and subscription references required to manage paid plans. Full payment-card credentials are not intended to be stored by IntelliGuider when a third-party payment provider processes payment.

User-uploaded educational content

Educational materials uploaded by a user may be stored, converted, structured, analyzed or otherwise processed as reasonably necessary to provide the requested IntelliGuider learning features.

Uploading material does not transfer ownership of that material to IntelliGuider or Intelligrow Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permission, licence or lawful authority to upload and process educational material through the platform.

Children and student privacy

IntelliGuider is designed to support student learning, including children. Student accounts do not require a personal email address or phone number. Student access may use a system-generated Login ID and a 4-digit PIN.

Where a child uses IntelliGuider, creation and management of the student profile should be performed by, or linked to, an authorized parent, teacher, school or administrator as applicable.

• We aim to collect only information reasonably needed to provide and secure the learning service.
• Student PIN recovery is handled through an authorized adult or administrator rather than revealing an existing PIN.
• Parents, schools or authorized administrators may request correction or deletion of student information, subject to legal, security and record-retention requirements.

How information is used

• Provide, authenticate and secure IntelliGuider accounts.
• Create and manage student profiles and curriculum/class associations.
• Deliver textbook-based study, questions and answers, practice, tests, oral practice, AI Tutor and progress features.
• Adapt presentation and educational assistance according to class, grade, subject and learning context.
• Generate and maintain structured learning content and permitted AI-assisted features.
• Manage active sessions and help prevent unauthorized simultaneous account use or account sharing.
• Provide customer support and service communications.
• Process subscriptions and maintain transaction records.
• Detect abuse, fraud, security threats and technical failures.
• Improve IntelliGuider while respecting applicable privacy obligations.

AI and educational content

IntelliGuider may use artificial intelligence to assist with educational workflows, including question generation, answers, tutoring and content organization.

Relevant educational content and learning context may be processed by AI systems or service providers when necessary to provide an AI-assisted feature.

AI output should be treated as supportive learning material rather than a substitute for the learner's textbook, teacher or professional educational judgment.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by trusted infrastructure, email, payment, analytics, security or AI service providers when reasonably required to operate IntelliGuider. Providers should receive only information reasonably necessary for their function.

We do not intend to sell student personal information.

Payments

Where paid subscriptions are offered, payment transactions may be processed by a third-party payment gateway. IntelliGuider may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, billing references and other information needed to activate and administer the subscription.

Payment providers may process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Security and session controls

• Authentication and role-based access controls.
• Hashed passwords and student PINs.
• Restricted administrative access.
• Secure server and application controls.
• Session and device controls intended to reduce unauthorized account sharing.
• Monitoring, backups and reasonable operational safeguards.

Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain educational and billing records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect platform security.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of account, educational material, transaction record, security record and applicable legal requirements.
